“DeWorsification”

I don’t remember when I first read or heard this word. But it resonated well with my three and half decades of experience, both in personal and corporate world!

Worsification, grammatically (though English doesn’t accept this as a legal word!) is a linear progression (or digression?). Even to get to “good” status you have to climb 2 stages and though the mathematical count is linear, the journey is not!

Both my corporate and personal experience shows that usually all diversifications go hand in hand with deworsification! Individuals, leaders or organizations usually diversify too…
